The trial
14 days with everything, no card
Sign in and a 14-day trial starts with Department limits: up to 250 active users. No card is asked for. You can subscribe at any time, during the trial or after it. If it ends without a subscription, the workspace becomes read-only: nothing is deleted.

Questions about pricing
What counts as an active user?
A member of the workspace who has used it in the current billing period; during the trial, since the trial began. People invited who have not joined yet, and members who were removed, do not count.
What is the difference between Team and Department?
The number of active users: up to 50 on Team, up to 250 on Department. The product is the same on both.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Sign in and the 14-day trial starts, with Department limits. A payment method is asked for only when you choose a paid plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
The workspace becomes read-only: you can still open and read every friction and countermeasure, but not add or change them.
Is the price per user?
No. The price is per workspace, whoever in it uses it, up to the plan's number of active users.
How do people sign in?
With a Google account or a link sent by email. There is no single sign-on (SSO).
