About
About KaizenProof
In short
KaizenProof is a web app that brings Kaizen to office work. A person describes a recurring friction in their own words; KaizenProof names the kind of waste, asks why one question at a time to reach a root cause, asks whether the step should exist, writes a countermeasure, and checks at day 7, 14 and 30 whether the fix held. It is made by Capital AI Srl, a company registered in Italy (P.IVA 13856590966).
Why it exists
Every office team has tasks that waste time every week: the same figures copied between exports, an approval nobody needs, a question answered from memory again. The people who meet these problems know the work best, but rarely have a method or the time to fix them, and fixes that are made often slip back within a month.
Kaizen, Japanese for "change for the better", is the practice of many small improvements made by the people who do the work. KaizenProof puts that method in a short guided loop, so a team lead in finance, HR, operations or customer service can use it without a Lean specialist. The Kaizen glossary explains the terms, and the 8 wastes in office work the kinds of waste the product names.
Why it is called KaizenProof
Kaizen for the method. Proof because every fix is checked at day 7, 14 and 30 with the people it affects, and only what they confirm is counted as time saved. Hours identified (typed when a friction is reported) and hours confirmed (from check-in answers) are shown separately and never added together. The model never produces a time figure.
What it does not do
- No live integrations: countermeasures are text to copy or download as Markdown, not connections to Jira, Slack or other tools.
- No Slack, Microsoft Teams or browser extension: it is a web app.
- No single sign-on (SSO). Sign-in is with Google or an email link.
- No security certifications are claimed.

Where your text goes
Before you sign in, nothing is sent: a draft stays in your browser. After you sign in and submit, the text is stored in your workspace on Google Cloud (Firebase) and sent to Anthropic, a US company, whose Claude model does the analysis. No other workspace can read it. The sub-processors page lists each provider.
How the lessons and guides are written
- Written for KaizenProof, in plain office words, with the Lean term beside each idea.
- Examples are written by us and labelled "Illustrative example, not a real company". None is a customer story.
- No statistics without a source we can link to. Ideas are credited to the Toyota Production System and the wider Lean tradition.
- Free to read without an account. The course is a series of short lessons, each with a self-check.
Try it on your own work
Pick one task that wastes your team's time every week. Describe it in a sentence; KaizenProof names the waste, asks why until you reach the cause, and writes the fix. No account is needed to start.
